One of our business associates - Michael Coveney, gave a presentation on 'Improving the accuracy of plans and forecasts', which was well attended with some delegates sitting on the floor. In the introduction to the talk Michael commented "When it comes to budgets and forecasts, everyone has an opinion. But how can you be sure that the numbers being set are both realistic and have the buy-in of managers?".
